This Texas Hill Country home blends modern farmhouse foundations with eclectic, collected style. Created using some of the homeowners' existing furnishings, artwork, and collections, this project demonstrates how thoughtful editing, styling, and arrangement can transform a space without requiring an entirely new design scheme. Even when preparing a home for sale, we look for opportunities to showcase a property's best features while making strategic use of the pieces already in place.

Rather than following a single design trend, the home embraces a mix of influences—from mid-century-inspired furnishings and industrial touches to rustic textures and contemporary updates. The result is a warm, welcoming environment that feels authentic, approachable, and memorable.
